        Demostene Romanucci was born in Albany NY, in 1963. He graduated from Creighton Law School in 1990. A founding member of the Creighton Inn of the Phi Delta Phi Law fraternity. Demostene Romanucci returned to NY and established an office in Latham in 1991. The practice concentrates in Matrimonial and Family matters, Immigration, Commercial negotiation and Civil Litigation. In 2002 Mr. Romanucci was Interim Counsel for the Schenectady County Department of Social Services, Office of Child and Family Services. Divorced from a foreign national, he has a special interest in Fathers' rights and immigration.

        I first hired Romanucci Law, regarding a civll lawsuit, involving my ex-boyfriend. I was scared nervous and embarrassed. Mr. Romanucci was quick to put me at ease. We reviewed the details of my case, and came up with a game plan. Naturally the day of trial, I was nervous, but after a lot of preparation and quite a few jokes, we were ready and guess what, we won. Soon after My ex appealed the case, and Mr. Romanucci was quick to handle the response. Not only was the appeal denied, but the Appelate judge, wrote a condescending letter to my Ex. It was finally over and my wallet and dignity spared. I've since use Mr. Romanucci, for everything from Tenant disputes, to lawsuits regarding my interior design business. Demos tough, but he's also super smart and knows what he's doing.
