My A/C went out late at night. I went online and filled out a form for The Cooling Company. Early the next morning, a friendly rep called me and offered to get a tech out immediately. Wellington arrived, and I recognized his name from several positive reviews online. He quickly discovered that my problem was a bad wire. Here I am with a system 16 years old, and he gets me back up and running for $49. Then he cleaned the unit and checked the freon. How many A/C companies would have told me that the old system was dead and that I needed a new one? Not Wellington. Not this company. I hope that my system lasts another 16 years. But, when it does come time to replace it, The Cooling Company will have the job.

The Cooling Company is the best!!! Everyone is more then friendly, professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable. We couldn't ask for better company. Thanks for everything everyone does!!

As always, Junior was awesome. In fact, I trust him so much that I left him in the house my himself while I ran an errand. Junior isn't just a technician. Every time he stops by, he asks about my family and he tells me about how his is doing. LOVE this company!

I found TCC through the BBB, looking for a 2nd quote. As soon as the phone was answered, it was professionalism with the perks of friendliness and ease throughout my whole experience with every employee. They approached me with empathy about my needs and all my options with no attempt of gauging me. I cant decipher between which I am impressed the most by, the employees or the job well done! This is a company with employees who are dedicated to earning customers loyalty and respect through their own dedication and hard work and will be a company that I will refer to EVERYONE I know. I do not enjoy having to call A/C technicians twice in 3 months (a separate problem with a separate unit this time), but once again, I am so grateful that I found TCC to do the job. Just like last time, service was prompt, professional, extremely friendly and priced well under what anyone else would have charged me. Thank you Wellington for being such and upstanding person and thank you, thank you, thank you TCC for remaining some of the only honest, dependable people left out there.

Highly recommended. Extremely happy with our new system and service provided. A week after the new installation, we had some problem. We called the company. A tech guy came in within an hour and suggested to buy a new thermostat. We got one from Homedepot and called them again. The same guy came within 15 mins. He installed the new thermostat for us. Excellent service!

I want to let you know that the service provide by Junior was above expectation. It appeared that the fan was not starting when needed and sure enough he found the root cause and corrected.

I wanted to let you know that once again Junior provided over the top service. I immediately thought of The Cooling Company and Junior when I noticed water at the base of my air conditioning unit inside my condo.

Without any hesitation he walked around to the outside and determined that bees had entered the condensation tube (that allows water to leave the unit) and blocked the flow with their activity. He immediately cleared the tube, reset the switch and dried up the area. You would never know he was there.

While no one likes to have issues with their air conditioner, I have to say that I will always call The Cooling Company first. (08-10-2012)

This is one of the most professional companies I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. I usually can tell what the quality of a company I am going to deal with by the receptionist I first encounter. Ashley was totally professional and always pleasing to deal with. Jr., The sales and service person was the most helpful and honest man I have met in this company. The installers,Marco and Ruben were the best. They practically rebuilt my distribution system in the attic. They were some of the most competent installers I have ever seen. They left my home in the same condition they found it in. Spotless. Wellington, the field supervisor checked every aspect of the installation and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. The city inspector passed this job without hesitation and commented on how thorough it was. I would highly recommend this company to anyone without reservation.

I had the AC go out on my rental property over the weekend and I couldn't wait for the warranty place to send out a tech. After reading reviews online, I called the Cooling Company and they got a tech out quickly. Wellington diagnosed the problem, the motor, and replaced it. After fixing the motor, he found that the fan was unbalanced and causing the motor to burn out. He didn't have the replacement fan so he lent my tenants a portable AC unit to keep cool until he could get the replacement part.

Fast service, competitive on low prices on Lenox and major brand healting and cooling systems. Estimator came out with in 2 hrs. of calling installation team arrived at at 12:00pm. and team stayed till 8:00 pm when new airconditioning system completed.



Team arrived clean and left every area they worked in as if they had never been there, no additonal clean up required.



Bottom line is that this company is very honest and reputable to work with.



I'm originally from the east coast and have had a lot of experience dealing with the good and bad companies for 25 yrs.



So go with "The Coolinging Company" and you will have a good deal and a great experience.



One additonal note "The Coolinging Company" is a certified Lennox dealer on the Lennox website for the Las Vegas area and they arrived with in 2 hrs. to to the job, the other Top rated Lennox dealer in Las Vegas said they couldn't even send an estimator out for 2 days, try waiting for 2 days for AC work with 120 degree temps.

Got a quote from a competitor to replace our whole AC system for $10k! and the Cooling Company fixed it up for under $100!! We LOVE these guys!!

I liked the fact that Mr. Wellington put on plastic shoe covers before entering the house, took them off when he went back to his truck, then putting them on again on re-entering. He was very friendly, personable, and likable. The job was scheduled for 9:00 PM but he called me several hours earlier and said he could be at my home in 30 minutes since he finished his other jobs early. Payment was convenient through my charge card.

The installers were great and worked hard. The price was very competitive. It was a pleasure doing business with this company.

I have finally found an honest AC company! My job was a little tricky because I was converting a garage into a room, and they knew just how to do it and did it quickly and for less than other contractors. They gave me a few options and didn't pressure me to take the higher priced one. I am very happy with the work and I will be calling ONLY The Cooling Company from now on!

Wellington and his team do fantastic work. The completed a 4 day job in 3 days, staying late on the last day to ensure we had a working AC unit on a very hot day. They are very clean and care about their customers. Great company.

NO HEAT. . Bad thermostat. Called and was at home within one hour troubleshot system replaced thermostat. Bought new system in July and am very pleased with service and price I paid for system. Highly recommend The Cooling Company. Prices and service they are the best.
