Sparrows Sewer & Drain

I called "Sparrow Sewer & drain" to clear a sewer pipe. He came promptly and bore a 4 inch hole in the bottom of my sewer line, then left abruptly. I found the broken end of his snake. When I called to let him know what he'd done, he asked if I had a receipt. I said no. He said, quote: "Then how can you prove I was ever there?" It will cost $1,000 to $1,500 to replace the busted pipe. "Sparrow Sewer & Drain" will not return my calls or e-mails. Now I had to call the Contractors board, the BBB, and a lawyer. Zero Stars for these Rip-Offs!!!!
