Had a 3pm appointment to install a dishwasher. They called me at 2pm at told me they would be at my house at 2:30pm. I told them that I couldn't make it till 2:40pm.



The delivery person said I would have to reschedule. I responded that my appointment wasn't till 3pm. He told me that they couldn't just sit around and wait.



I then told him that I didn't think I wanted him in my home. He responded by telling me they were the installers for Sears, it was too bad for me; Tuesday or I was out of luck. I told him to go F himself. I called their office to complain and was told they had a flat tire. Right....



THEY ARE NOT the exclusive installers. Sears is setting up a different company for the install. If these guys call you to install, or if for some crazy reason you're thinking of calling them for anything, I'd think twice. They don't keep appointments, they're aggressive and confrontational, and at the end of the day they are just flat dishonest!



Who needs that?
