Flair Cleaners

While working in Las Vegas for 7 weeks, I regularly frequented this cleaners to handle my dry cleaning/laundry needs. I live in SC. 1 week b4 I was to return to SC, they lost a pair of my pants. I was told that all efforts would be exhausted to locate my pants. I had to return to SC on 5/28 w/o the lost pants. On 5/28, Lisa contacted me with the good news that (1) she had located the lost pants..they had not been 'incorrectly tagged' and were sent to another Flair location & (2) she'd be mailing them to me 'next week.' I have traded texts and voicemails with Lisa on numerous times since then and have been told each time that the pants will be mailed 'next week.' In our last text exchange, Lisa told me that the cost to mail the pants will 'come out of her pocket'..but she'll mail them on 8/17. At last check, the pants are still at the Sahara location. It is now 8/20...no pants. Guess the slogan 'what goes on in Vegas, stays in Vegas' is true. Lot's of promises but no action.
