Efrem Rosenfeld & Associates

In 2012 I hired Efrem Rosenfeld and his firm to handle a case for my company. Mr. Rosenfeld assured me that his firm could handle the case that he would be on top of it. I paid his fee of $10,000 and thats where it went bad. Each time I called my case had been "re-assaigned" as the person was no longer there. I eventually filed a complaint with the Bar of Nevada against this firm.

Mr. Rosenfelds firm threatened me that if I did not drop the case, they would not cooperate with me. The Bar of Nevada told me that his firm filed for bankuptcy and because of this, they could not be of any help. I thought I was being pranked, but I wasn't.

Not only did my company suffer immensely, but so did my family. The counterfeiters continued and the $10,000 which I paid left us unable to hire additional representation. As a small business owner, Mr. Rosenfeld and his team should be ashamed of his actions. I know that I will never see my money again, it's purely about principle at this point.
