CSI Cleaning Services

We used them for carpet cleaning. We called them several times after they were late to see how long it was going to be before the show up. They told us they were going to send another technician and it took another hour. They were rough with the hoses, they kept throwing the hoses on my wood floors. Don't use this company.

They were LATE by 2 hours. They told their recpetionist on the phone that we had 4 areas to clean, when we only had 3 rooms, PRICNG IS FISHY! They didn't do our masterbedroom closet, so they said they would do it for another $20, as if showing up 2 hours late didn't give them a bad reputation already. We are NEVER using this company again, even if they were the only company left in Vegas.
