Affordable Plumbing

I called this company said someone would be out between 4 and 5 pm. At 5:10 I called because they had not called to say they would be late. Was told they only had a few more moments and would be right out. At 5:26 received call that they were almost finished and it would be about 30 minutes. At 7:11 received the last call of the night saying he was really sorry, it was worse than he thought and he was still on last call and could come in an hour or at 9 in the morning. He said I would be his first stop. Well at 10:17 he called this morning saying he was having problems finding my house. I told him never mind had already called someone else. If you ever think about using these people think again.

Never hire these plumbers. Asked for quote. Did not know the equipment. Borrowed the owner's manual. After four calls, gave up on getting it back. Honesty in advertising is questionable in my case.
