Antler's Bar & Grill

My family and I went here to have birthday dinner with a coupon they mailed to us. We called in advance to ask about their advertised deal of "kids eat free on Tuesday/Thursdays", to which they replied they still honored. Not only was the SERVICE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE (wrong orders, had to go up to the bar to get our own drinks refilled- beers and non-alcoholic-, and waitress never returned after we received our food= completely ignored), but they also refused to honor our coupon OR take the kids' meals off the bill. WILL NOT RETURN HERE EVER

the service at this restaurant was a joke. the server not only forgot orders, but brought a glass of ice (with no beverage in it) for a table of 5 people. they were out of iced tea. one of the dinners (which shouldn't take that long to cook as it was simply a burger) came out 17 min after the rest of the meals. the only good thing about the meal was that my brandy old fashioned was made from scratch, not a mix.

to top it off, they charged me $25 more than what I authorized on the signed receipt. when I called to have it rectified, the manager was nice, but she said that the server wrote in a $25 tip instead of the $2.00 tip I gave her. seriously?

I will never go back. it was such a bad experience.
