Call someone else. I had a defective unit which stopped two weeks after insulation. Was told 3 days running I'll be there at 9am. Never showed! Ended up having to have someone else install a new unit. Still have the junk unit from him and don't look as though he is going to replace it so I'm out all the money spent on it. Bad service and junk equipment sold! Go anywhere else.
