Sorry its always the idiot that does the token review. I have to clarify something. I have been a faithful customer of this shop for the last 15 years. I would not take my vehicles ANYWHERE else, because I know I am going to get my car fixed and its an honest job. Ward, all I can say to you is you need to fix your own vehicles. No one is in business for your charity If frank says its 350 thats because the one you needed (with parts that go with it) cost that. and as you stated he quoted you the retail price. Sounds to me like you wanted the related , Uncle Frank free price. It also sounds like your 17 so when you grow up perhaps Frank will show pity on you and take you back. I highly doubt that as he is the number one shop in Langhorne area and always carries a full schedule.

In these times, I like many try to save money when I can. I needed a new water pump installed and Frank (president) quoted $530 for the part. I did a search online and found his price was retail but the pump was readily available for less than $150. When I spoke to Frank about this, he told me to pick up my car that he wasn't going to "do this". In this day and age, business owners need to understand that pricing (and other) information is readily available online and price conscious consumers will do the research and be well informed. I felt Frank's reaction was rude, shortsighted and I will not refer him to anyone.
