Provided by SuperpagesSpay tanning here is totally awesome! I was going to 2 other places but they have these booths that make you feel like you're in a car wash. Here she uses an air brush and I feel like I'm a work of art. It is soo cool!

Provided by SuperpagesThis is the place. There have to be close to 100 spas in the Lancaster area, but there's only one Body and Sole. Holly returned my call within an hour, she listened to what I was looking for and directed me to the proper services. After 3 treatments and the supplement she prescribed, I have no foot pain. For the first time in years, I can walk without limping or excruciating pain. I never expected this to work, but it does. Holly is profoundly gifted
I've been searching for a real reflexologist since I moved to Lancaster 2 years ago. So many places around here do "foot massage" and call it reflexology that I started calling before I would waste my time with an appointment. Holly is the real deal, she deserves more stars than I can give them. The head to toe is fantastic, don't miss it.

Fantastic atmosphere! I felt like I was back in San Diego...and then the massage started. One of the best therapists that has ever worked on me. Right on observations, a workable plan for ongoing treatment and a great supplement which is really helping my aches and pains. You'll be very happy here!
