Blue Pacific is a restaurant located in Lancaster, Pa. The restaurant serves large parties in private dining rooms available by reservation, hosts private parties and offers banquets and catering services. Its sushi bar staffs talented chefs who prepare sushi dishes of customers choice. The fine art of sushi preparation is created with fresh ingredients to give it a distinct flavor. The sushi bar seats more than 10 people and has a wide variety of sushi to choose from, both cooked and raw. It offers cocktails at the bar and has many specialty drinks to choose from including sake chilled or warm, wine by the glass, bottled domestic and imported beer, draft beer and non-alcoholic beverages as well. Its menu comprises satay trio, shishkebobs of beef, chicken and shrimp accompanied by coconut-peanut sauce, served with Thai curry rice and grilled vegetables, grilled rib eye teriyaki, tender steak grilled to perfection served with garlic, wasabi mashed potatoes and vegetable stir-fry, sashimi deluxe, assorted raw fish, including tuna, salmon, yellow-tail, squid, macro and octopus.
