        Overall

        my anxiety was terrible. It was affecting my job and my family. Kim helped me learn how to relax. I always felt better when I left therapy. I learned some ways to handle my stress. She did a eye movement technique that was amazing so that part of my life doesn't bother me anymore. I will go back when I need to. She is very nice and good.
