199 Dry Clean

I took 3 beautiful, and expensive dresses in to this cleaners on 7/23/16 to be cleaned, when I went in on 7/229/16 to pick them up, the young man gave me the dresses, and said thank you, come again. I stood at the counter and checked my dresses to inspect them, "well" to my disappointment , ALL three dresses had black faded on them, when I asked what happened, the young man replied, we hired a couple new guys, and that probably explain how the black faded onto the white. I mentioned to him that I cannot take these dresses back with me like this, I explained that I would NOT have left my dresses with them if I had known they didn't know how to clean them properly, and that they had to restore the dresses back to the original. He said they would try, but those colors bleed, and there was nothing they could do. The next day I spoke to the father of the young man and explained my situation, and asked him what was I suppose to do with those dressed., he replied; there is nothing you can do, but THROW THEM IN THE TRASH.
