I had a very professional move using United valdez Relocation. I was estimated $2,100 and my final cost was $1,705 however i didnt even know and the owner himself called me to mae sure i was 100% satisfied with my move and to tell me he was going to mail me a check for my reimbursement. This company is by far better than ANY "local" moving company that i have ever used. Moving 3 times previously in 1 year this was THE BEST COMPANY. Fully insured and reputable they answer my calls EVERYTIME other than like the guys that moved me in the past in there pick up truck and horse trailer turning there phone off. BEST MOVING COMPANY EVER!!! GREAT PRICE and VERY HONEST! PROFESSIONAL MOVERS.

Despite claiming to have 12 years of experience, the representative of Valdez Relocation that came to my home to do an estimate ended up being off by 30% in the end. Since it was a non-binding estimate there was nothing I could do. They offered no explanation or apology, and stopped returning my calls and emails once they had their money. I made the mistake of assuming that someone who told me they'd been doing this for 12 years would be closer than 30% off. Dishonest or just incompetent? I'll never know - and I'll never get that money back.
