There should be a negative star rating for this location. More specifically for the customer service I received from both the employee working the drive thru and for the manager, Lucy. Lucy was by far the absolute WORST person I have ever encountered. I had to call corporate about her attitude.

Basically, they completely butchered my order, and when I called to explain that they had given me a completely wrong order the girl who answered offered to reimburse me for my troubles if I came back in. So I returned and asked for my correct order and my reimbursement as promised and Lucy came out and told me I couldn't get my money back if I wanted a replacement burrito. I explained that her employee offered the reimbursement and she rolled her eyes at me then grabbed the burrito that was in my hand and tried to yank it out! I did not let go and she struggled to continue to try to pull the burrito out of my hand.

I looked her in the eye while she was playing tug-of-war and asked her if she was seriously trying to take the burrito out of my hand so aggressively. She replied with more attitude and said she wasn't going to give me a burrito unless I payed for it. I then asked to speak with her supervisor and she laughed and said that there was no one above her because she was in charge.

I then told her that she was unbelievable and that I have never received such awful customer service. She replied with a, "Oh really" and another eye roll and laugh and I said, "Yes. Really. I would like to speak with your supervisor." She rolled her eyes again and walked over to a phone and dialed (I'm assuming her supervisor) and said, "This girl wants me to replace her burrito. What should I do? I don't want to give her the burrito....well the thing is I don't want her to come back." I assured her that I would NEVER come back and she rolled her eyes yet again then said, "Really? You want me to give her a burrito?"

Of course your supervisor wants you to replace the burrito, Lucy! That is how customer service works. She hung up and handed me a cold, disgusting burrito that I didn't even finish because ONCE AGAIN the order was WRONG!!!

I ask of everyone to PLEASE BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION. We deserve a better business establishment.

Dont buy a carne asada Torta! It was just bread meat advocado... no beans,mayonaise or butter on the bread. It was $4.60. way to much to be so PLAIN. that place is getting worse. I remeber going and getting Noachos BIG PLATE full...not nomore.
