BMO Harris Bank

I am not one of your customers, but my sister-in-law is and she is getting a loan from this branch. She started this loan in December 2014. It is for a mobile home she is buying from us, her brother and sister-in-law. It is now getting to the end of February and the loan has not gone through. This bank apparently does not know how to communicate amongst its employees. We are not happy with them as we have waited absolutely too long for this loan. They need to pick the process up. We borrowed for a house and loan amount was for considerably more and we closed exactly within a month. Someone needs to step in and investigate this bank and how they do things.

Very Friendly and well orientated when it comes to helping you out. They make you feel like you are part of a Family. They offer several options to help you when you are opening an account with them as well. Which I feel is very important now a days you hardly find that friendly atmosphere almost anywhere anymore.
