Howard Johnson

I was a guest there about 3 weeks ago give or take a week, and I was coming down the hallway when I heard yelling. I all of a sudden saw a lady with a work uniform on coming down the hall visabily upset. A man, who was totally bald headed, the manager I assumed, had screamed at her something about her rent. While she may needed to pay more rent, she did not need to be humiliated and embarrassed in front of a lobby with other tennants in it. The bald headed man has terrible public relations skills and if he is the manager, I don't know how he got the position. I checked out later that day, but still wonder about that girl and if she is okay. I personally would NOT stay there anymore and would NOT recomend this hotel to anyone else. The lobby was messy and the yelling at customers was the last straw. This man was very rude and obnoxious and should not work with the public in my opinion.
