Warm Springs Rehabilitation Hospital of Kyle

Before you take your loved ones to this facility please read the reviews in Yelp, Indeed, Glassdoor, the Warm Springs facebook reviews and you will find comments ranging from stay away, toxic environment, unprofessional, greedy, management is mediocre, nurses need to go back to nursing 101 in college and essentially start over. I wish I had had the chance to review the facility before I ever allowed my Mom to be treated there. She went there for rehab and passed away within 54 hours due to complacency with the staff in monitoring fluid in her lungs. The deceit, cover-up, threats, disrespect that have transpired since then have been insulting, irresponsible, unprofessional and borderline unethical. The rating for this facility should actually allow for negative -5stars-the opposite spectrum of 5 stars. Please, please, please do your research - your loved ones deserve better.
