My wife stopped in with 3 of her closest friends while they were on a getaway weekend. My wife caught her finger on a nail sticking out of the front porch hand rail and was cut. When she went to let the owner know, for the safety of other patrons, she was treated very rudely. The owner grabbed a hammer without saying a word and just began walking toward the front door. My wife was amazed that there was not even a kind word from the owner such as... "Oh, I'm sorry"... "Would you like to wash your hands?"... "Do you need a bandaid?"... NOTHING, NO RESPONSE AT ALL, until my wife exclaimed... Really? You're just going to walk away? Then the owner responded... "Well, I got the hammer!!!" UNBELIEVABLE!!! We will NEVER EVER patronize this store ever again. Sad that this owner believes that she has a right to be rude to her customers... guess she's never heard of "Word Of Mouth Advertising" or maybe simply... "The Golden Rule... To treat others as you would like to be treated! Shame!!!
