The Master Auto Repair & Tire

So I come in to change my motor mounts, and the staff indicates that there is a motor mount missing and that I should change my control arms and power steering hose. I arrive at the place at 10am and the owner tells me to come back in two hours. So I did. After that I had to wait for an hour before they took my car in. Which bother me a little bit but who cares i would've had to wait regardless. Right? After three house and a half my car was fixed l. With two minor complications or so I thought; they broke the coolant hose and the cap for the radiator. Therefore they fix the hose and told me that they couldn't fix the cap bc they don't have the part. So I leave a upset bc now I got to buy more parts. As I'm leaving I heard a wierd noise. Now it's 5:30 and I'm still on the waiting process to see if they can fix what they broke.
