State Wide Glass

Had a curio that needed glass. One call at 2 minutes till closing time and the order has been quoted and created. Picked it up the next afternoon and it was perfect. Good first experience!!

On March 18, 2015, I hired State Wide Glass to repair some windows at my home. Two employees (Melvin and E.J.) came to my home as promised and did an exceptional job reparing my windows. They were both very professional, polite and knowledgeable. I also received superior customer service from Twila, who does scheduling for State Wide Glass. She is the ultimate professional when it comes to listening to the customer and scheduling the correct service. I would recommend this company to anyone searching for a window repair company.

The person that answers the phone "Lou" is extremely rude. She was short, fast and very rude when I would call for an update on the window delivery. First, she wouldn't tell me when they were coming to measure the window opening. She kept saying they'll be there in a couple of days. It took them 11 days to come out and measure. Then she said it would be installed in 2 weeks. So in 2 weeks I called her and she said, oh yeah- the window came in but it was scratched so I have to wait another week. Wouldn't you think I should of received a call telling me this instead of me calling her? From start to finish to took 1 month and 9 days for me to replace 1 window during the rainy season (not fun). It probably wouldn't of been that bad of a wait if I didn't have to deal with a very rude and unprofessional person with this company.
