owner Manuel A. De Jesus is a crook and liar I went to purchase a motor from them and was informed that it was a running motor upon my mechanic attempting to place the motor in the vehicle they sold a blown engine then told me it was sold as is but according to my receipt it stated different. Do not purchase anything I repeat anything from these vile individuals scums all they look to do is hustle you out of money and will give you the run around.

Very rude and the guy hung up on me without answering my question so don't waste your time

the people working in front office they dont know what they doing..i walk to the yard is a man hes name is adrian...this man he help you in everything you need he is very nice person but the rest no good..ask for adrian he help you in anything you want

so sorry to say my experience with this junk yard was a complete disaster! they were gonna loan me a battery, instead i purchased one to use until my order was in for the one that fits an audi. I was assured it would be fine. When i finally got the cable off the old battery i put the loaner(purchased) battery in the car. In the mean time i told them i was having a problem and asked for advice the dope on the phone didnt know anything about anything mechanical. Just bring the car we will put it in. so much for that .I figured it out myself. so now we are on the way to kissimmee salvage. so i thought. I pulled into Hess 1/2 mile from the junk yard. the cars dead .Spoke to the dope and the smiling woman.talked to Angel, the person they wouldnt at first let me talk to. He said he could help send some one down to jump me but everyone was at lunch. called back an hour later dead from the 100 degree weather and this woman tells me they were gonna charge me to send a jump. it was their battery they assured me it would work. called back the dope answers. no! we will charge you for tow. yells get it here we will service it. its their battery mind you. I finally had one of grandsons whack the crap out of it and it started! yaaa. zoomed to the junk yard as fast as i could . they were very rude for i was because of the treatment on the phone. i was gonna jump the desk and knock this guy out. him sitting there smiling with his little smiling woman on the side that knew nothing of the transaction. is this the way customers are to be treated? the only ones that understood were manny and adrian. angel was not there at the time. he also was a good guy with a lot of knowledge. You cannot put people with no knowledge of customer service or mechanics in positions in auto stores or junk yards! I will never go back there. Not because they say so but when i was sitting there in 100 degree weather wondering how stupid people could be and rude i figured that out! as for the guys in the back they have class and deserve raises. god bless them. sincerely grandmother of 6!
