From the time I walked in to make the appointment to the morning of and meeting Dr. Megan, it was all a very welcoming and positive experience. I will definatly recommend this office to my friends and family. I feel confident coming back for my procedure soon.

dr strother is the absolute, absolute best. period. he and his staff are kind, thoughtful and extremely caring. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with both he and the laser clinic, which extends 15+ years.

Megan is wonderful. She is always friendly, informative and professional. She provides a quick and almost painfree botox injection appointment. I have never had any bruising with her either where with others I have.

nursing staff always is very professional, asks how I am feeling and what issues are to be discussed today with the doctor. Wait time is very short and I never feel rushed through the appointment. Dr. Strother is always very professional and friendly and I always feel that all my questions are answered fully. Things that may be scary (such as a new spot on the skin) are investigated fully and all my concerns are addressed.

Dr Neill understood exactly what I was talking about and knew right away what was going on with my skin. This was so reassuring since I have been to doctors in the past that could not understand my concerns no matter how many times I went to them. It was also a very quick visit so I did not have to wait around which makes my day go so smooth since we are all so busy these days.

She listens to my concerns and addresses each one. Sometimes it feels a little rushed but just on days I imagine are busier than others. I am always able to fully explain what I need.

Robin is a wonderful master aesthetician. She is compassionate and very gentle with her services. She explains all her procedures thoroughly. I would highly recommend her sevices.
