Overall, it was a satisfying experience.

It was awesome. We told Mikaela exactly what we wanted and she found it. She didn't hassle us for extras that would put the car over our price range. She worked with us to meet our price range.

Also we told her we had to be finished with the purchase in 2hrs and we were done in 1.75 hours.

Purchased my second Elantra.

Michael convinced me to come out and check out the 2015 Mustang i was interested in! I came in and went directly to Michael, we went on a pretty long test drive in the mustang and mike showed us all the cool things about the car and explained the engine and everything. We drove highway, city, and all. I decided to purchase so he took our scion on a drive, fast forward to the deal, he gave us a great deal on the mustang

I met several friendly people and test drove the car that I now own. I was in a daze due to my parents buying me a new car but things seemed to go fine. Everything took about 3 hours and I drove away with a 2014 Focus.

Catherine helped us with the purchase of our new car. She was great with us and very understanding and patient. It was like visiting a friend. We are very pleased.

Very nice! We actually came in 2 times. The first time everyone was busy as it was New Years Eve. Jon had set us up for a test drive of the Focus SE. When we got back he was going to let us drive a Fiesta but it turned out it ran out of gas while we were in the parking lot, oops, but we knew even just sitting in the Fiesta we wanted the Focus. We wanted a certain color and Jon worked hard to get us the color we wanted for the price we wanted to pay. Wed came back on the second and he had the car ready for us. We filled out paperwork and did the financing and drove away in our new car.

We had a great experience, got what we wanted in an expedited manner.

No pressure. Easy negotiation and without a doubt the best car buying experience I've ever had. Russ is a gem.
