Flew up from Utah for the perfect land cruiser! I am so happy that we found them on auto trader! Drove the land cruiser home without any issues. It was described just like it is and we even were able to get a good rate even though we live in a different state! We are so happy that we made the trip!

I hate dealerships, but I love Eastlake auto brokers. I have now purchased three cars from the dealership in Kirkland. They have good annual percentage rates on financing and very low pressure sales staff. I tell everyone I know about them. The first two cars I have purchased have lasted six years now with just normal breaks and tire repairs. The third car I purchased was two years ago and have had no problems with it either. I feel comfortable enough with this dealership that I recommend them to even my aging mother, knowing they will not take advantage of her.

We drove up from Tacoma for an Acura that we found on cargurus It was all they said it was and they even included a warranty to make me feel reassured about my car. I have been driving it now for a while with no issues so I love it. Will be buying my next car from them each and every time!

Browsed their selection and was impressed with the amount of used cars they had, much more than most of the bigger dealerships. Didn't buy anything yet because my insurance check hasn't come in but will most likely go back to get my car there. No pressure and nice people. Plus they had dogs!

They made the export process very easy. I didn't have to do anything to get it home. I will recommend them to my friends here who want a pain free buying experience

We stopped by and noticed their price was less and the car had a navigator which the other Camry didn't have. We met with a salesperson Dave and he let us road test the car without him being in it. We put our child seat in and it drove very comfortable. We had our mechanical shop look at it the next morning after the salespeople dropped it off in Redmond for us. The Camry was good but needed front breaks which they fixed. They sent all the paperwork to the bank we wanted to use (first tech) and the process was very easy for us.

I really appreciate how kind Shannon and Gella were. Working with you has been a pleasant buying experience vs the normal used car buying experience we are used to. Next time we need to upgrade vehicles we will be contacting you

Very easy to work with and very patient. We drove from Portland and found the perfect car. It was described exactly as it looked and we drove it home the same day. Their financing options were very good, even being from a different state we were able to get a 1.95% rate! I have recommended some co-workers already to go there. For us, it was worth the drive.

So the person you work with can make the decision themselves and it isn't a negotiation process!! Niiiiice! Also, they don't pressure you, and follow you around the lot. So went back inside and sat down at her desk. She crunched the numbers, ran our credit and said our payment would be $278. My husband was like, yep we'll do it! YEY, mama's getting a new car! :) :It was a great car buying experience, and I have told my friends. This place is great and I will definitely go back when we need to replace my husbands car!

Recently we purchased a 2009 Subaru Impreza from Eastlake Auto Brokers. This had to be the easiest, most pleasant auto purchase I've ever had. A very nice selection of very clean cars to choose from. No pressure whatsoever from the staff and they were very helpful when we decided to test drive. The asking prices were decent but they were still willing to deal. The car fax had several entries for service and one accident. They did show me where the car had been damaged. I took it to my mechanic who gave it a good inspection and gave it a clean bill of health. We are very pleased with our Subaru and were treated very nicely by Dylan and they rest of the staff at Eastlake. I would go back to them in a heartbeat.

I recently purchased a 2004 WRX sedan from this dealership. My experience here from start to finish was excellent. I haven't purchased too many cars in my life but the few ones I have this was my best experience. Dylan was the salesman who helped me. He was repectful and non pushy the whole time. He went along on the test drive with me and showed me all about the car. I was preapproved with BECU and we financed right at their dealership. He didn't try to talk me into a bunch of extras that I didnt feel I needed like extended warranties etc. All in all this was a great experience. I wouldn't hestiate to buy from them again.

I recently purchased a used 2006 Saab 9-3 Aero from Eastlake Auto Brokers. This was my first experience purchasing a car from a dealer and I had a lot of negative preconceived notions of what it would be like. These turned out to be entirely false. I found the car on autotrader and decided to go check it out. When I arrived on the lot, I went into the office and found Joe Reynolds, an owner, and asked him if I could check out the Saab. He told me he would grab the keys and meet me out there. He never once used any typical selling tactics and was genuinely interested in why I liked Saab's. I asked if I could take it for a test drive and he simply gave me the keys (after checking I had a valid drivers license of course) and asked how long I'd be gone for. It allowed me the chance to actually test the car and take my time with inspection away from the lot, so that I had 100% focus and was not distracted. Joe allowed me to have an independent mechanic pick up the car for a test drive and inspection. Once I received the okay from my mechanic, I decided to purchase the car. Joe worked with me to get the best APR on the car, I checked with banks & CU's on my own and Joe was still able to get me the best rate. He was very upfront about the cost of the car and any fees attached. All in all, I can't stress enough how laid back and easy going Eastlake Auto Brokers is. They are good people and believe in providing excellent service to their customers. I would recommend them to anyone, especially those who hate going to dealerships and feel like they have just walked onto a lot patrolled by hungry dogs. So, I’ve been meaning to write this review since I bought my car in May 2011, but haven’t gotten around to it until now. I had a TERRIFIC experience at Eastlake Auto Brokers. I was in the market for a newer Corolla and wanted to trade in my Scion that I bought new in 2008. I worked directly with Gella and although she could not give me the trade in value that I wanted (my payoff was pretty high), she gave me the alternative to consign the vehicle on her lot. Basically I left the car there while they sold it and when it did sell, I would purchase the new Corolla. I dropped the Scion off on a Saturday on my way out of town for vacation. I figured it would take some time to sell but got a call from Gella on Tuesday asking if I would accept an offer of my payoff – I excitingly said YES! She sold my car within four days of being on her lot for more than she was able to get me on trade, this greatly benefited me because I didn’t have to add more to my new Corolla loan from my Scion. I came in after my vacation was over and purchase a 2009 Corolla for a great deal. I got all my financing done through them for a really good rate. I would highly recommend going in to see them if you are looking for a new car. They are very low pressure and their creative alternatives for trading in vs. consigning saved me big in the end. Great experience here. Traded my Prius for a 2008 Infiniti G35x and was tested fairly with an abundance of courtesy an respect. Pricing and trade value was honest and fair without the usual games. There was no after sale pressure to buy up the junk on warranties, protection systems, and all the other business the big dealers always push. I recommend Eastlake Auto Brokers to anyone.



Now if you're the type of person who likes the games, dickers to the last dollar and expects something for nothing, don't go here. Nice people running a good business don't need you.

I purchased my Tundra from Eastlake last May (2010) and it has been wonderful for me and my family. Before buying my truck, I took it to my mechanic and he gave it a thumbs up. I have never had any problems with my truck and it has served my family well. My son drives it over the pass to college and it does well in the snow. The dealership is very low pressure, they gave me a price and didn't have to play games that I was getting at other dealers. I have recommended two of my friends and they both have had equally positive experiences (one friend purchased a Civic but the other friend didn't buy anything from them). I will continue to recommend them - it takes the pain out of car buying.
