Tim and his group are the best propane provider in Elbert County period!

They've done repair work on my line, and brought propane as needed,, for several years. I think commenters who are impatient need to have miserable experiences with other companies to see just how good All American's service is most of the time - hey, stuff happens once in awhile. Don't wait until the last minute to get a fill and it wouldn't be a problem. They've always gotten to us in two days or less - more than reasonable.

I don't normally write on these things but I have to laugh. Linda couldn't get her OWN propane supplier to come out and tried others -and no one would come out- then when someone did they weren't all friendly!! I grow up with a Dad who owned a small gas company. People call around and would try and get the lowest prices, then only want a small amount and then don't pay on time. Do you realize that these companies have customers they have on schedules. They aren't sitting around waiting for you to call. They have to stop what they are doing, which can delay their good customers getting fuel so they can try and accommodate someone who is "out of gas".Be responsible, pay attention, call when your at 40-50% so you too can be put on a schedule. And why not let them fill you up instead of the "minimum". My Dad had a heart attack trying to accommodate people and keep them warm. I have used All American Propane for several years and wouldn't go anywhere else..

I was using another propane company for almost 10 years until I was refered to All American Propane. Not only did they help me get my own tank at a great price, they continually give me better service and pricing than any other company and they show up the same day or one day later after I call. If they're busy trying to take care of the customers who wait until it's an emergency to order a delivery, they let me know it may be a couple of days. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The people who complain are most likey the ones who wait until it's an emergency and then expect a delivery during a blizzard when other customers have already been scheduled.

We were customers of All Americn propane until 2/9/11. We had called in the early am 2 days earlier to have propane delivered, which they agreed to do as they stated in the next day or two. On the late afternoon of the next day I called again because we had run out of propane and the temperature was to drop to 10 below zero that night. They stated that we had not called at least 24 hours in advance and that the delivery would not get there for another 3 to 5 days. I explained that we were without heat. The secretary stated that she could do nothing and that she would have her boss Tim call me that night. Tim never called. I called twice the next morning about 2 hours apart. There was no answer either time so I left a message both times to have them call me. The secretary called 10 minutes ago, did not allow me to talk, stated that they had ripped up our ticket, cancelled our account, and that Tim asked that I never call them again, then hung up. 1 star to write this. Beware

After several attempts to other companies, they did answer and come same day to fill my propane tank. But whoever answered the phone to help me acted as if I were the inconvenience. I would have said never mind if my tank was not empty. You are there to do a service, no need to be rude.
