Tripps Tire & Muffler

The service I recieved seemed to be great when asking about what I wanted done to my vehicle. After actually leaving my vehicle with these guys the FIRST DAY, the job was completed. I left my vehicle with them at about 8:30 am and when I arrived to pick it up at about 4:30 pm the job still wasn't complete. Sadly, I had to drive my vehicle home, sounding like a motorcycle. The mechanic told me he would complete the job first thing in the morning, and the job is yet to be done at 2:00pm after having my vehicle since 8am. Overall this was a terrible experience and I would NEVER allow them to work on my car again.
