Nice Nails

I recently visited this place on 1/14/17. Ive been a consistent client for years. The lady who now owns the place was rude and disrespectful. While asking questions before she serviced me, she told me to be quiet and was very abrasive with my head as she begin to wax. I asked could she treat me with respect regardless if they were busy, so she walks out the wax room and left wax on my forehead and begin to argue with me after I asked could she remove the hot wax before it burns my skin. Mrs Kim was very irate, rude and yelling at me in front of the customers. Her frustration came from her being busy but that was no reason to be rude and Ive been spending my hard earned money there for over 10 years. She is normally aggressive but this was to extreme this time. It was a bad bad experience and I would never spend money with her ever again. It was embarrassing and uncalled for.

Great place, and workers does an excellent job no wonder it's called #NiceNails Kim always hook me up!!

This is the only nail salon I go to! I drive 30 minutes just to get here because they are the only people from Kinston to New Bern Who are able to make my nails look gorgeous! I bite my nails really bad and my nails started out very unhealthy, but after a couple of trips here, my nails are healthier than ever. I even bring my kids and they love it here too :) A++!

OK cheap polish, unprofessional price changers, what happened to the old owners this place looks shabby I shall never go there again will stick with Lena at NC nails
