Bloomingdale's

This Bloomingdales is not up to par.

To make a long story short I've been a Bloomys customer for a loooong time. Most of my shopping happens at the Bridgewater NJ location which is amazing! I always get little to crazy when I shop and i like to buy what I like and take it home see what i can match it with and then whatever I dont like a take back (not worn or washed and with the tags still on). This is a rarity that I even bring anything back because I usually end up loving everything. I wanted to return an ed hardy T-shirt one day and my boyfriend and I wanted to check out KOP bloomys. The t-shirt it unfortunetly didnt have a tag but was clearly not worn, thinking this would be an easy task i took it up to the counter and it turned unto a huge deal bc the biggest bloomys in the state didnt have that shirt in stock and they couldnt find it on mmy card and blahh blahh...the store manager was called down and talked to me like I was the worst person alive because i wanted to do an EXCHANGE!!!! She was absolutely rude!! I ended up walking out without even exchanging it! That women gave me a bad reflection of bloomys and i will not be shopping there ever again....NORDSTROM around the bend though, gave my credit card a run I LOVED THAT STORE!! go there...not bloomys.
