Killington Valley Real Estate

If I could give Killington Valley Real Estate less than one star, I would. This real estate agency and Judy specifically is the most unprofessional and underhanded I have ever worked with. This agent has not only illegally withheld funds that were rightfully mine out of my security deposit, I had to fight for and demand my security deposit back in the first place. Judy and the owner of the rental, "forgot" to contact me to return it. Our rental group took great care of the rental and left it in excellent condition. After months of dealing with nit-picking and ridiculous specifications, a lack of plowing, an icy driveway, a musty, mildew ridden apartment, I have been cheated out of my security deposit and jerked around by an underhanded agent.



I ADAMANTLY implore any readers of this review to do your research and use other agencies in the area instead of this one. I will never use this rental agency again, and I will furthermore make sure that all of my skiing friends, groups, and ski clubs in the North East that I am affiliated with are aware of my treatment by this dishonest agent.



I warn you, this agency will take advantage of you and your fellow renters, and utilize the legal system to try to wheedle money wherever they can. They are friends with the property owners, and will screw you, the renter, if the situation ever comes to it.
