Big Al's Small Engines

I brought my mower in after I left it out in the rain before that it ran perfectly...I knew the spark plug needed to be replaced but couldn't do it myself so I expected part plus labor should be $40-$50. The problem was he started to fix it before I gave him the ok. Then gave me a bill for $90. He sells mowers for that amount! The worst part is I brought it home it worked for an hour then quit completely..Before I brought it there it never cut out while I was using it.When I called to complain he said bring the reciepts so he can see what they did and the receipt only said $90. nothing about what services were rendered he had the nerve to tell me I was wasting his time by voicing my complaint. Bad customer service, unprofessional and untrustworthy! Don't waste your time or money!
