Rip off.....I had a coupon and my parents came over while I was at work...my mom said they were barely there and then Luis called me to tell me that I have alot of mold in my vents and it would cost well over 400.00 to have it fixed...and I said no, I did not believe him, my house is pretty new......I called a friend of mine to come over and check it, because he is in that business and he said that there was no mold at all...wondering how many poor people and elderly people are getting suckered by this man and this company.....Makes me sick....would not even give it one star if possible...... I need to call better business on them.....

I bought a living social coupon for $34 and then paid an additional $120 for them to completely clean the ducts. It would appear they did fine with that. My problem is they turned off the heat (which we didn't know), didn't turn it back on before they left, and because we just recently had heat problems we assumed it was a heat issue. We called our heating company, paid $120 for a service call for them to come to our house and tell us the furnace had been turned off. Indoor Air refused to accept any responsibility. They insist if we had called their company at 9pm at night that someone would have answered and come out and fixed the problem. I have a hard time believing they have someone on call at 9pm at night since they are not an HVAC company. In addition, I wouldn't think of calling a duct cleaning company to fix my heat, since we had recently had issues and assumed we were just having more issues. It was their mistake, and they should have paid the $120 service call or refunded our extra $120 we spent.

I emailed Indoor Air for a quote to clean my dryer vent. They responded within few hours (The price was the lowest out of 2 other companies I contacted so I decided to go with them). They booked me for few days later.

Their team Nick and Andres arrived on time on cleaned my dryer vent.

They were honest and professional, and did a thorough cleaning.

They also offer me the check out the vents in the house...

They were in and out with no mess and most important I ended up paying exactly what I was quoted!

So bottom line: good service for a good price.

They can show you what they pull out from your vents. It was great! Lots of muck and woodchips from construction. Apparently the vent system hadn't been cleaned since the home was built - 10 yrs ago.

I am writing to give a heartfelt "thanks" to Alex and Salmon for fixing the problem with my A/C motor. On August 15, Mr. Alex and Salmon came to my home @ noon to tighten the screw on my A/C motor. The cool air ran for about an hour and then made a loud noise before stopping. Again, I called and they returned around 8 pm, took the motor out and changed the rusted washer that has held securely since. I am very pleased with the function of my A/C system and the customer service displayed by your company. Thanks to your staff for a timely, professional resolution.

Duct cleaning was done and a/c has not been working since then. Called customer service and was told someone would be sent out. No one has shown up and nothing has been done. Very poor customer service and work quality.

I called this company after 2 estimates I received. Their prices was a bit lower than their competitors but it seems to me that they really know what they doing. Can't say anything wrong about the service, they worked 2 technicians for 3 hours on my ducts, opened every vents and showed me how it's look like before and after the cleaning.

I haven't cleaned my air ducts at least 4 or 5 years and those guys done a decent work.

Will call them in the further if I'll move or need the service again.
