These people are thieves. They will open your mail and steal your gift cards. I don't understand how they still have jobs.

Worst post office I've ever had to deal with before! They're incredibly slow and never want to do anything, they just refer you to the other office in downtown Kennesaw so they don't have to bother or learn to do things. Mario was the only one who used to be kind and prompt, but since he's left, it's nothing but short, slow and rude workers.

Been on hold to make an appt. for a passport renewal for 35 minutes! What a joke!!! I keep trying to call on another line & am getting a busy signal. Guess they only have 1 phone line with no one to answer that line.

My carrier left my box open >5< times... in two weeks, before I stepped out in front of her truck to make her explain why. She said "I'll do it"... Really?? She knows she's screwing up and I have to call her out before she does it right?? Really??

I'm not getting "boxes" now, either.

The lady from Jamaica needs a job more in line with her abilities.

I have an eBay business and rely on and use this annex on a daily basis. The front desk is great; however, several of my packages were misscanned causing a delay and a misreading of the tracking numbers. I now have my first case of one of my packages not being scanned or processed at all. Very disappointed.

We are a small business located in Kennesaw, GA We have had snow and no mail for 3 days. Our street and the main streets in Kennesaw where most of the businesses are located is clear. Our subdivision which is located in Marietta is awful but we still got our mail.



We called the Kennesaw post office to see if our mail would be delivered yesterday (Wed).

We were told no it would not be and might not be delivered on Friday either. She was very rude. We asked if we could come and pick up our mail and was told immediately - NO. I really don't think even having a post office box would solve this problem.



We operate a pretty tight business and depend on checks in the mail to make payroll and pay our vendors. I have run into this problem before with no snow when several Fridays, the mail just did not run. We called the post office several times to report the mail did not run - once they came out in a small van and brought our mail and one other time the mail finally got here at 5 PM. Never got an answer about what happened.



They are so rude - I have a friend who has a business who got so tired of putting up with them he finally just got a post office box.



I went online trying to find who was over this branch and could not find anything or how to get in touch with the Postmaster General for Kennesaw.
