i had fun recently during my visit. apparently the customer service has gotten much better because i had no problems with rude comments. the prices were fair and we had lots of fun.

Horrible horrible time with my 10 years old kid. Spent 70 bucks on arcade credit in exchange for condescending teenage employees service. Horrible service. Cant speak for the bowling or pool section. MAN these teenage employees think there are so smart with their smartxxx comments.



Advise for the management: Replace the crew with people who truly cares about the little kids experience.
