If this is the same William (Bill) Singley that built patio's in the League City area, BEWARE! He is a smooth talker and a liar. He built our patio and did not file any city permits or wind storm permits. We had this in our contract and several times he told me they were filed and I would get a copy in the mail. HE LIED! They were never filed. I spent well over $10K and my patio is not insurable. He is a crook. Do not fall for his smooth talk. He discontinue the phone he had and it appears is doing business under this new company name. BEWARE!! I was fooled by him, don't be!
