Apache Graphics

My experience has been horrible so far. I as told a date and cost, I paid up front and went out of town when the work was to be done. It was not completed, no call or anything else. I had to follow up and still no return calls. I would go to the shop and there would be a "reason" each and every time, but all of them seemed flimsy at best. I would be told a date and then the date would come and go with no response and no show. I am still waiting for the work to be complete and have now not been getting phone calls or text returned. I will have to continue to drive over to the shop in hopes to catch Chris the owner there at the shop to have the discussion again and see what he commits to. For the record, he cashed our check in record time, faster than he or others at the business will return a phone call. I had no intention of putting this review online, however the lack of response and lack of follow up has forced me to do so. At this point, in the absence of a response from Chris or other representative of Apache signs, I have to believe that they have taken my money and don't intend to finish the job. I would be happy to remove this review and or provide an update when the job is complete, but the job was committed to be complete on the week of 6/10 and has still not been done on 7/15. I will post an updated review when it is complete and hope to increase from my current status of 1 star "Hated it" to something higher than that based on the actual work if they perform it.

Don't use this place. We paid a lot of money to have a company logo designed and 2 stickers printed. The guy insisted that we have to pay them extra to have them put the stickers on our vehicle. Then they didn't even complete the job, they stuck the stickers on but wouldn't peal off all the extra pieces that didn't belong. Now...I am still waiting for them to send me the PDF design that we paid for. They conveniently won't answer the phone for us anymore and won't return phone calls. This is the worst business management I have ever seen. I DO NOT reccommend!
