Any time you're looking up "sewer and drain companies" on Thanksgiving weekend, you know life has gone downhill. These guys were not only professional but kind and personable. They have state-of-the-art equipment that found the problem and then dealt with it professionally. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Pumped our tank and charged us for more gallons than the tank would even hold....not recommend them...

Very nice, knowledgable and helpful. Didn't make me feel stupid with all my questions as a first time homeowner. I called another place and they brushed my call off as if they didn't want the business. I called this morning and they were at my house in less than an hour for a non emergency. I was offered information and options. I felt he took his time and did a thorough investigation of the problem. We will be absolutely be using them for our future business and recommending them to others.

I called Advance Sewer to inspect a septic system on a home we were looking at buying...Brian could immediately tell that the system was too small for the home it serviced. Instead of proceeding with the pump and making dollars, he decided to fail the system and didn't charge us for the inspection. For anyone buying a property, I would definitely refer them to Advance Sewer and Drain Solutions to have the sewer/septic systems inspected...they saved us so much money. We could have ended up having to pay thousands to have another system put in. Thanks Advance!

We had a problem with our sewer and didn't realize that our entire house was backed up at the septic tank...Advance Sewer came right out on a Friday night and took a look. Another company told us that our septic needed to be pumped right away...Advance found that it was a "baffle plug" and our septic didn't need to be pumped. They saved us a lot of money. Don't assume you need to have your septic pumped...some companies are just out there to make a buck, not solve your problem. I will never call anyone else!

Called interested in a weekend septic tank pumping and they werent willing to come and pump. I hope they know that septic problems arent resisted to monday thru friday 8-4 business hours. 24/7 hour service should not be advertised if they arent willing to do the work. Good thing there competitors work 24/7 like they say they do!

i work at a government facility and someone came in and vandalized/broke our public toilet, i gave these guys a call and they were here within 20 minutes. they got right in there and found out the problem and had it replaced in a little under 2 hours, plus gave suggestions for reducing vandalism in the future. the price for the labor of a service technician was lower than i expected as well.

Our bathrooms were filling up with nasty water, toilets didnt work & couldnt take shower's! it was a mess!! Advance came, figured out or problem. our mainline had busted! :( They had a new pipe in & all back together in a matter of hrs. They are the best!! I will never call anyone else!!

Advance was fast in coming out and diagnosing our drain problem...we thought it was just our laundry line but it ended up being our main sewerline that was plugged. Way to go Advance because I really would not like sewage in my laundry room. Thanks again for coming out so quickly and taking care of our issue. I won't use any one else!

Advance Sewer and Drain offers some outstanding pricing. When I checked prices at the other outfits in town that offer the same services, Advance beat them every time. It's a good service that has a decent price. Not everyone can afford $100 for a kitchen sink clog. Advance only charged us $85 and gave us a 10% discount on top of it. I will definitely call them again!

We were told by another outfit in town that they no longer provided the service we needed! Bummer! So we decided to try someone new.
