Nick, from Platinum Plumbing, replaced an outdoor faucet. He is very personable and extremely knowledgeable. He responded within minutes o the text I sent him and came out promptly. We just moved into the area and are so happy we found our "forever plumber"!

I always use Platinum Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs. Over the last couple years I've had a gas line put in for a new cook-top and for a new gas dryer. I've had my water heater serviced and repaired and even the occasional toilet issue resolved. Platinum Plumbing gives amazing service to it's customers and Nick is very knowledgeable on all aspects of plumbing. I will be soon be relocating the washer and dryer in the house to where the water heater currently sits, and you can bet that Platinum Plumbing will the the company I use. I can't say enough good things about Nick. He is one of the friendliest guys you will meet and knows how to get the job done right without cutting any corners. He will even give advice on how to save energy and electricity in your house to both save you money and increase the lifespan of your appliances and equipment. Nick at Platinum Plumbing came to my rescue. Nick was extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and I highly recommend him and his business. When I was trying to replace the outside water faucet, the copper pipe broke, the main water line was closed, and I had no water going into the house. It was close to 7:00 PM and I was in trouble without water. Then, I called Platinum Plumbing, Nick re-arranges his evening schedule to help me and within an hour he was at my house. He knew the best approach to fix the broken water line, and after replacing a few parts and welding the copper pipes, the waterline was fixed. Yeah!! Nick, (the owner) is an outstanding person who went out of his way to save me money by quoting me a couple hundred $$$ less than 2 other plumbers I contacted. My first experience with Nick, the owner, was first rate. I called him initially for a leak that I was very afraid would be underneath the concrete in my garage or driveway. Nick came out and after studying it, he found it in the side of the concrete inside the water meter! I know that many plumbers would have broken up my driveway concrete and turn it into a $1200-$1500 job. Nick was able to repair the link with minimal concrete breakage inside the meter container, and he only charged me a very fair $300. Nick was very thorough and conscientious and cared about the quality of his work. It was sooooo refreshing to have a plumber come and deliver the total opposite service of what you so often hear about plumbers!! Thank you Nick! I will definitely call you again!

Nick with Platinum Plumbing is the BEST! Roofers nailed 2 nails into our main gas line and he fixed it in a timely manner. Was very friendly and reasonable. I didn't think it was possible to find an honest plumber but Nick is it!

After my last plumbing company issue (read "great" reviews, then they never called or showed), I was worried about going to a business with such raving reviews. But this place has actually earned them! Same guy, Nick, came exactly when we were told he would. Called several times to make sure we knew. My husband was home and said he figured out the issue quickly, and since it was an issue he couldn't fix himself (not actually a plumbing problem), he took $19 off the service call price! I will always call this company. Thanks guys!

My experience with Platinum Plumbers was a terrific one. Nick was very professional and definitely made you feel comfortable. He fixed our leak and even provided some tips on things we can do to avoid having potential problems in the future. I heard lots of good things about Platinum Plumbing so I thought I would give them a try for my leaky sink, Im so thrilled I did not only did he fix my sink he gave me a free walk through on my entire home to make sure everything was working well and even checked my water heater. I would recommend Nick to anyone he is the best.

I was awakened New Year's Morning by a knock on the door when a neighbor out walking her dog noticed water puddling up in my flower bed and leaking into the street. When the neighbor turned the water off and I called the city I found out it was not a city problem. I was frantic about finding a plumber on a holiday weekend. I found Platinum Plumbing in the Yellow Pages and took a leap of faith and called. Just talking to Nick over the phone I could sense that he was a kind and decent man. He came out to my house on New Year's day within 90 minutes of the time I called.



The leak was so bad that the decision was made to let the water that had built up go down over night and continue the repair the next day. Nick was back even earlier than promised on Saturday. He and his assistant completed the job in less than two hours. They cleaned the site very well and restored my home and my peace of mind. He was very kind, professional, courteous (I was frantic and he really was very kind to me). He explained everything about the problem and the repair.



Nick told me that he likes to treat his customer's homes as if they were his own. I was very happy to have found him and would highly recommend Platinum Plumbing.

Had a water heater replaced in the attic, and Nick come out to replace it. He was very kind and took the time to explain everything, he did not rush in and rush out. They did not try to sell me on things i did not need, like my previous plumber did, they were also about 15% less than other quatoes I recived, with more to offer. I had nothing but a great experience with Platinum Plumbing from the time I called (the lady that answers the phone was so nice, and on top of her job) to the time Nick left. USED PLATINUM PLUMBING JUST TODAY AND THEY WERE SO GOOD, NEW WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY LEAK AND FIXED IT, WHILE THE OTHER COMPANY TOLD ME I HAD A SLAB LEAK AND WOULD COST ME A FEW THOUSAND TO FIX, IM SO GLAD I CALLED PLATINUM.
