Auto Analyst

I went to auto analyst because of all the great reviews I read about them however I did not receive the same treatment. I got my car towed to them because it wouldn't start after a week of having my car they told me it would be over a $1000 for just repairs alone and that it would be best if I just junk my car. After I got my car back a mechanic from back home fixed it, he got my car to start within one day of having it for less than $50 for an entirely different problem. I would not recommend them to anyone.

My One C.E.N.T. Review: Courteous, Efficient, Neat and Trustworthy! My 12-year-old car and I just enjoyed our first visit to Auto Analyst and will be glad to go back if ever needed. In fact, 'we' did have to go back after repair due to some minor rattling in the rear. The tech immediately took it into the garage and fixed the rattle. I ALMOST, and still might, go to the store for a 'new car smell' air freshener. My Sephia rides and feels like a brand new car! Many thanks to Charles, Lewis, Steve and Buddy!

All of the employees at Auto Analyst were extremely gracious, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I was concerned when they told me the price of the repairs because I thought the problem with my car was "much simpler" so they showed me a chart of my car, where my part was at, what needed to be removed (half of the engine) to fix the part and why I would want it fixed. They worked with me on payments, on getting to and from work, and gave me a FAIR price, especially compared with competitors' prices. Being female, being treated fairly and having a mechanic that is honest with me will spark my loyalty and keep me coming back.
