I took my car to Schwab every year to change over my tires and they treated me so poorly I sometime felt like crying. I had bought my winter tires from them and they were supposed to change them for free. They stopped after a few years AND made me wait hours-every single time. Capital service is all about customer service. I now take my car there and am so happy.

The only place I take my vehicles to have work done. Honest and fair prices. Greg is a pleasure to work with. Won't go anywhere else.

These folks are great. Wonderful customer service and reasonable prices. It's all about service and professionalism. A true local business.

Capital diagnosed the real problem with my non-starting Honda within an hour....

whereas it sat at the other place for 3 weeks, had a new unnecessary $600 distributor installed, and was declared totaled after "rusty" and "irreplaceable" fuel lines were ripped out.



Capital replaced the fuel lines free of charge.... whoops.



Capital also honestly suggested I pick up a part on ebay for $35 instead of pay the $600-800 they'd have to charge through their normal part-procurement process,



And in the end saved my car for $100 TOTAL, while other shops were feeding me bulls**t, trying to bleed me dry and/or flip my car after discouraging me into giving it up.



All my other interactions with them have been at least fair, if not as miraculous as this anecdote.
