The Magic Noodle Inc

Today I decided to try Magic Noodle and I was pleasantly surprised. You can order your spice level--or lack of--and as a vegetarian (almost vegan) I was happy to see that they had vegetarian items as well. Their menu does say they will make anything on the menu vegan which is great because there aren't many places around this part of Missouri that will do that. I started off with the fried tofu as an appetizer--my two lunch buddies who aren't vegetarian--also enjoy them and it came with a peanut type of sauce. They also ordered the crab rangoons and said they were fantastic. For my entree I chose one of the tofu duck entrees and it's made with tofu and not duck. It was delicious and had so many vegetables in a delectable sauce. I am a Thai food snob as a good friend of mine that doesn't live here anymore went to culinary school in Bangkok so I'm normally not impressed with most Thai restaurants because of her. It was great and my lunch buddies thought so too! Almost went for dinner too
