Joplin Leased Housing II LP

I lived in Oak Meadows Apartments in 1998. Is almost on a railroad track but there was not anything as nice for the price. It did take a long time to get repairs done, but I thought it would with it costing so little to rent. It was much better then being homeless and a stepping stone to a better live.

oak meadows apartments had poor living conditions, the neighborhood was questionable, there was frequent vandalizing of properties, loud neighbors, and was too close to the traintracks for my taste. it is low income based, small living quarters, maintenence takes a long time to respond to repairs, and the basement floods often.
