Hartford Muffler and Brake

Went to this business to get a 2nd brake job quote this guy and idk his girlfriend at the front desk . told me that i need an entire front and back brake job replacement and that my exhaust is leaking also. number 1 my exhaust is not leaking i have a lift at home i just hurt my back so i cant work on my own car unfortunately . 2nd my front brake pads are just low i had all new rotors and rear pads put in months ago and less than 10k miles. This guy is a doped up on the herion or fetty. His secretary or girlfriend i feel bad for the way he puts her down.

I paid Rick altogether $925. dollars to fix my AC. He began by just "trying" things to see if it would work. I believe he never really knew what he was doing from the start. It took me 5 trips back to him. He would just add more Freon gas but it would leak out because he never told me it had a leak. New compressor, clutch fan. Then he tells me he "doesn't have to be RESPONSIBLE" for the work he does. % Trips and $925. and I still have NO AC ! Well I let that go for a while not wanting to be confronting. Then I went back for a simple brake disc problem and he wanted to replace everything he could think of in the rear brakes. pads, discs, calipers and parking brake too ! Quotes me over $700 plus more. I decide to get another estimate. He gets mad and says cocky things to me he should never say to a customer. And tops it off by saying "You Christians are all alike" I just turned around and walked out. To be honest I think he is on drugs and needs money. Then I checked my brake discs myself and there is NOTHING wrong with them in really good shape. So I know he lied once more. He is the single worst experience I have ever had with a Mechanic. This has never happened to me in 64 years. He is a fake mechanic and Liar and Money Grabber and swindler. And his customer manners are totally Unprofessional and rude. Do not get caught in his web.
