Sears Auto Center

My family and I were traveling and had a flat tire. Luckily we were near a towing company that directed us to a near by Sears. I was very hesitant at 1st (having bad experience years earlier). But we decided to visit the near by location, and boy was I glad we did! The staff made this stressful situation with the flat tire on vacation a great visit (considering). The sales staff was very friendly and considerate of our situation. They were abe to get our vehicle in immediately and we were back on the road within 30 MINUTES! After visiting the Johnson City TN location my opinion of Sears has changed 100%, I will return to my local Sears Auto Center and try them out as well!! THANK YOU SEARS!! Good service with caring people isnt easy to find anymore.
