        Gifted permanent makeup artist. Very reasonably priced! I have gone to another on Main Street in Kingsport and the work that Carol does is both professional and well beautifully done. She is a perfectionist and worked on my brows for a good hour trying to undo and correct what had been done six months previously and it cost me a third of what the other skin care clinic charged.
