Au Bon Pain

I went to the au Bon pain in jersey city two weeks ago and the cashier swiped my card, wrapped a piece of paper around it and swiped it again. She gave me back my card but not the paper. Halfway to work I realized she could have an imprint of my card. I had to cancel it. I called the company, sent an email and contacted them in Facebook but they haven't responded so I guess they're ok with their employees robbing their customers no haven't been back since and I don't believe I ever will.

Terrible! Lack of intelligence and common sense makes them dangerous around food!



1) My cream cheese bagel tasted of fish after they had used the same knife on a previous order which consisted of Salmon.



2) I ordered a Chicken Sandwich which when I bit into, still had the paper stuck on it which I guess is used to separate the portions. The chicken tasted nasty and was slimy which I discarded. My colleague on the other hand ho joined me for lunch ended up getting sick!



4) Dirty soup lids, touched by 100's of people keep falling into the soup. What do the staff do? Wipe it with the same old dirty rag adding more bacteria to the already contaminated surface and place it back on top. Soup is served as normal. Happens numerous times a day!!!



3) The attitude of the prep staff is getting more and more ridiculous, careless and no respect for food or customers!



Take my advice, try other places first.
