Parish Of Jefferson Davis

I don't understand the reasoning behind this small town library. I loved being in the bigger city because the libraries there allowed you to stay for two hours and sometimes more. Jeff-Davis Parish Library will force you off the computer in one hour. They made me leave today, after an hour, and this would be o.k., if people were actually waiting to use these computers; however, today, when they made me get off the computer, it left six computers empty. I don't understand the reasoning for this but I sure would like an explanation but it probably wouldn't matter what the explanation would be because I don't think anyone would understand forcing someone off the computer and it would leave six empty ones. Anyway, sure do miss the big town libraries.
