I highly recommend this company. They helped my in laws that were in a last minute bind and were unable to physically unload their uhaul my themselves. My husband and I live 900 miles away so there was no way we could go and help last minute. I called Gary and they came out the very same day Great prices and very professional and courteous..

If I could give them no stars I would. I never write a review for a business. But never, ever use this company. They were suppose to be at my daughters at 9:00 AM just to load a U-haul for a move to Nashville. She had made arrangements for a company to unload in Nashville. She had called to confirm the day before. Tried to call multiple times to no answer and a full voice mail box. My husband even drove to their place of business.....no one was there. I can't stress enough never use this company!

They scraped the paint off of my new washer and dryer. Broke the dining room hutch that my mother gave me. Scraped chunks of wood out of my bookshelf, buffet and credenza. Gouged a trench into my new walnut floor when they dropped my desk on it!! Run people.. Do not use them!!!

I can only recommend Garys Mivers for their expertise in moving. They are not prompt. Was to be at my home at 8:30am arrived at 2pm. And I was overcharged to move 1.5 miles when compared to other charges I know about. If you don't care when they get there they will be good. I probably could NOT recommend them.

While moving my furniture they damaged not only some of my furniture but also my old and new house. Lost the cord to my reclining couch so I cannot use and now I'm having to see if I can get another one! I have called, emailed and sent pictures and the only response I get is I have sent it to my boss. That is not helping any! My landlord is not going to be as patient or nice as I have been and he will sue them as he is trying to sell the house. They also milked their time! There is no way it should have taken them as long as it did to move what they did!

This business is NOT RECOMMENDED for a move. They "lost" a $99 Roku box in the move, and have been giving me the runaround for 48 hours, telling me that they are "reviewing our agreement and issues concerning the move."



Update: They refused to settle my claim, and have a complaint with the BBB pending. When I refused to sign a paper stating that the claim was resolved, the manager got upset and refused to leave my house. He did not act very Christian-like toward me.

I am Very Satisfied with the work GARYS MOVERS puts forth. They are very RELIABLE,RESPECTFUL, and HARDWORKING. They really know how to stay calm in stressful situations. Each one of the men have such GREAT attitudes. I recommend GARYS MOVERS to anyone that is getting ready to have an out of state or in state move. Garys Movers even has packers to pack your items, and the prices that they offer are very reasonable. Garys Movers is the one company I would trust to pack and move my items. What also caught my attention is that they are a Christian based company. I am very happy with the work that this company has done!
